The Square Hole
A quick game boy style game made for 2023's GBJam11
You intrepid explorer must traverse the strange eight dimensional tear in space that sprung into existence one year ago.
Fly your ship through the holes in space time to the beat!
Controls:
WASD/Arrow Keys - Move your ship or adjust ship settings
J/X - A button - Press and hold to adjust Wing Mode with Up/Down and Rotation Left/Right
Enter - Start - pause and unpause
Color scheme inspired by my childhood gaming computer: an old hand me down DataGeneral Model One 2T. The concept was inspired by my friend Matt's seeming inability to not reference this meme in the weeks after Tears of the Kingdom released.
